0.3 版原本应该把没有做端口转发的客户端的出站连接数从 15 降到 8，但我觉得实际上并没有做到。我不能确定是不是这样。如果我错了，请纠正。
在 0.3.0 中，改为 8 的变更最终只进入了 Windows 版本，其他版本仍然是 15。
请升级到 0.3.2，现在已经可以下载了。

In 0.3.0, the change to 8 only ended up in the Windows version, the other versions still had 15.
Please upgrade to 0.3.2, it's available now.
